On Site Accommodation
Onsite dorm accommodation will be allocated with priority being given to international/interstate visitors and guests with special needs.
We will be using the Kedumba Bunk house which has 6 bunk rooms of 10 beds and 3 family rooms with various bed configurations, with enough beds to sleep 60 on site. Beds are full sized (some sprung) beds, not “girl guide” size. Each bunk room has 5x single bunk beds. There are heaters in most rooms but please bring adequate warm bedding for temps around 0-4 degrees overnight. If there is demand we may hire one of the additional halls as unisex “indoor camping” style bed on floor, (BYO mattress, bedding etc, no privacy) at camping rates.
Disability access: The Kedumba dorm rooms have some stairs (2 sets of 3 stairs), and flat access to view the archery range from the balcony off the dining hall, steep driveway/path access to the oval and activity areas. Please notify the steward if you would like assistance with any special requirements.
Nut Free Event. For the health and safety of our stewarding team and those that will use the site after us please do not bring peanuts and other nuts to site.
Campers: you will be located on the oval adjacent to the feasting Pavilion. Although we will guide you, please camp around the edges of the oval. Your cars may remain on the oval at the souther end closest to Cliff Dr (not next to your tent) for the duration of the event.
Camping is advised only for those prepared for cold weather camping (think the worst festival ever and then a bit colder). Sites are un-powered and unassigned.
There is a small toilet block in the oval and additional Port-a-loos will be provided for campers convenience with access to the shower facilities in Kedumba hall. We may arrange some outdoor camping showers, there is town/tap water available.
